    If you haven't got this in your satellites.xml file, then you can easily add it and then scan for the channels manually. I grabbed this from a sat.xml generator site
    http://satellites-xml.eu/get-xml
    Code:
    	<sat name="AzerSpace 1/Africasat 1a (46.0E)" flags="0" position="460">
    		<transponder frequency="3730000" symbol_rate="30000000" polarization="1" fec_inner="3" system="1" modulation="2"/>
    		<transponder frequency="3785000" symbol_rate="1200000" polarization="1" fec_inner="3" system="1" modulation="2"/>
    		<transponder frequency="10974000" symbol_rate="28500000" polarization="0" fec_inner="4" system="0" modulation="1"/>
    		<transponder frequency="11014000" symbol_rate="28500000" polarization="0" fec_inner="4" system="0" modulation="1"/>
    		<transponder frequency="11169000" symbol_rate="20400000" polarization="0" fec_inner="4" system="0" modulation="1"/>
    	</sat>
    Log in to your receiver with WinSCP or whatever you use, browse to where your existing satellites.xml file is (usually /etc/tuxbox) and copy the above code and paste this in that file - It probably would go between 45e and 47.5e - ensure that you are placing it after the </sat> of the previous entry and before the <sat name= entry of the next one. Then save and restart GUI - the you should be able to browse to service searching/manual scan and scan for any channels available on 46e. The scanned channels should then appear in the satellite name folder in the green button (satellites) menu.

    I missed out the fact that you should edit the satellites.xml in /etc/enigma2 as well - in the same way, or it won't work...
