    Great news.
I'm thinking about buy one of these receivers but I'd like to know if there any support firmware such as Cccam by using the ethernet port or anything of the kind.
Is there any "how to" (manual) to make this a more attractive receiver?
    Thx.

Thx for the links but Polish isn't my strongest language.
One more question before starting google translating the threads in the PKT site: Is it very hard to install enigma2?
I've got some experience with dreamboxes and dbox2 flashing.

    Thx for the fast reply.
One more question: Is it difficult to install Enigma 2 in the receiver?
Is the receiver the same as this one?
    Thx

I have an nBox 5800S, and installing the loaders and firmware for Enigma2 is a relatively simple task.
I should imagine the process is the same for upgrading to E2, for both the nBox 5800S, and the nBox 5800SX Click Here for More Info

Yes, they are the same receivers 5800SX, they are supplied with different sizes of internal hard drives already installed,
for example, most are supplied with an internal 250GB hard drive, but there are a number that come with an internal 500GB hard drive installed.

    Hi Laurals53 & Co

Dived in and bought one of there twin tuners. Nice box well built and great remote. Forget clones.
Came with factory Enigma 2 image, not bad and oscam working fine on twin tuner but no crossepf built in and no plugins available...

Flashed Nebula v3 as per your great tutorials..... Has crossepg and had to manually install oscam as again online plugin server not available last few days. My problem oscam works fine on my server and local card but when record pay channel and move to another pay channel nothing on screen. Records first channel fine and FTA available on second tuner????
signals all good and even copied Oscam binary from working Enigma2 so version identical but no joy....

    Any suggestions ???

Thanks in advance and love to sort what looks a great box.

As stated above, I only have the single tuner nBox 5800S, so unfortunately I am not in a position to offer advice regarding the nBox 5800SX, as I obviously have no experience of it.

I will have to get back to you later regarding your question, as I do not have the 5800S connected at this time, I'm running the Xtrend and the Uno at the moment.

Okay I just setup the 5800S, inserted a USB Stick, then mounted it and ran crossepg, it seems to be working okay, I only tried it on 28.2e,
but as you can see by the screenshots below it's displaying the epg on both FTA and Encrypted channels.

laurals53 are you saying that you can buy the box from Poland, it comes with Enigma2, on it so you can update this to Nebula v3? Also as it has a twin tuner, so can you record one satellite channel and watch another like you can with s*y? Thats the reason I bought my Ferguson Ariva 120 thinking it would perform this but it wont. What is the on screen display like, I assume it is in english given its a polish box?

The menus will be displayed in the language you select, so if you select English they will be displayed in English,
this is the case with most receivers, regardless of where they may originate from.

If you purchase any modified nBox, then you will have the option of selecting what firmware you wish to have pre-installed, Enigma2 or Nebula

I do not have the 5800SX, I only have the single tuner model 5800S.

    Hi guys & girls,
i'm looking to purchase an Enigma 2 box, and been advised an Nbox 5800sx is within my budget, what I was wondering is
    1) Is it easy to use? ( I currently have a skybox F3)
    2) Does it have a full 1 week EPG?
    3) If I record a program does it save the recordings under the channel name or program name?
    4) what is the differences in the Nevula v3, Nebula ZERO & Hyperion etc?

    Thanks in Advance
