i keep geting this on my box during the day when i go to bbc3 and 4 when the kids stuff is on with no sound its ok at night when it goes to normal viewing at night and geting it with itv4 with sound saying ref 13 broadcast is currently not sending can some one help get rid of this most annoying

The reason for this is quite simple:-
the BBC has independant channels for the kids programmes and for BBC 3&4, during the day the BBC 3&4 channels do not broadcast audio, only video, and during the evening the kids channels do not broadcast audio, only video, so all one needs to do is select the correct channel to receive both audio and video, then you will no longer receive the error referance.
